All in all it was a wonderful stay for 2 nights. Marvellous and excellent location near independent shops and restaurants/bars at Bruntsfield as well as Edinburgh, and the room was reasonably spacious. They provided me with an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and a sofa bed.

It provides a comfortable base for visiting the tourist attractions in the city.

location was excellent and particularly good - walk from a train station. it was located in a calm area and near everything. we truly enjoyed this apartment and do recommend it.

The location was convenient, with a market just below the building, making it easy to find everything we needed. Gill, the host, was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns.

The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close enough to the city centre. This allowed for a peaceful stay while still being able to easily access all the attractions. The apartment itself was bright, clean, and modern, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The nearby independent shops and restaurants added to the charm of the location, providing plenty of options for meals and entertainment. The communication and attentiveness of the owner, Gill, were also greatly appreciated, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay.

Parking proved to be a challenge as street parking was paid for and often full.

The sofa bed was not comfortable for those who slept on it, which was a bit of a letdown. the lounge area was not very appealing as the sofa faced a blank wall with just a TV, making it less inviting to relax in.

The Polwarth Apartment exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Gill was incredibly helpful and ensured our stay was comfortable. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a chilly first day and a stained carpet, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.
